Our digital inventory updates in real-time based on live arrivals at our store. For seasonal global imports, we recommend checking the platform on our main import drop days.


However, please note that our inventory is updated in real-time based on both in-store and online store purchases, and all stock is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. There are instances where you may still be able to place an order for a sold-out item online; this happens because an in-store customer may be holding the physical stock at that exact moment. We give priority to in-store orders before online orders are processed. In the event that an item you purchased online becomes unavailable due to this overlap, our team will call you directly to arrange a suitable replacement of flowers.
