How do I submit a return request if my items arrive damaged?

Log into your store account, go to Orders. Alternatively, you can also go to the Request Return direct link to submit your return request.
Select the affected order from your order history:
Click the Return Request button.
Submit your explanation and clear photographic proof.
Follow on screen instructions, and submit your request. Our team will process your request within 1-2 days.
